The Lacanche Volnay is a unique one metre wide range. It has a large main oven combined with a 79 litre simmer oven. The simmer oven is a very popular option for cooks who want to hold food, plate warm or even slow cook. As with all Lacanche range cookers you can configure the oven to your choice and select several different hob options.
Hobs
The Volnay is available with a choice of two different gas hob types: the five open burner classic hob or the traditional hob with four open burners and the large cast iron French top, which is excellent for recipes advocating long simmer times or even maintaining heat before serving dishes. The traditional top offers incredible versatility, including that of a workstation when not in use. For customers without a gas supply, the Lacanche Volnay is also available with a five zone energy efficient induction hob.
The large oven can be specified as gas, static electric, or dual function electric. The most popular option is the dual function electric, which can be switched from static heat to fan heat. The 79 litre simmer oven is standard on the Volnay.

The Lacanche Volnay range cooker can be ordered for natural or LPG (bottled) gas or all electric. The electrical requirement for an all induction model is single phase 230v 50amps 10mm cable
