The Brief

Inspired by this client’s wanderlust and their vision of a Mediterranean escape, the design team set to work on creating a bespoke kitchen that would transport them to their favourite destinations each time they stepped inside. The focal point became the striking Cook’s Blue cabinetry by Farrow & Ball, which instantly imbued the space with the tranquil blues of the sea. To balance this bold choice, incorporated are subtle accents of French Grey along the edges and details, creating a harmonious interplay of colours reminiscent of coastal villages. The appliances from Sub-Zero and Wolf were seamlessly integrated into the design, providing not only top-tier functionality but also a modern aesthetic that complemented the theme. Every detail was carefully considered, from the polished nickel handles that added a touch of sophistication to the coastal-inspired décor pieces strategically placed throughout the kitchen. The result was a space that felt both luxurious and inviting, where the clients could indulge their love for cooking while being surrounded by the essence of their most cherished travels. As they stand in their new blue kitchen, they are reminded of the vast world waiting to be explored, all from the comfort of their own home.
